Thank you for your services in regards to furnishing the ready mix. From the beginning we knew the schedule was going to be tight and that the utilization of your onsite batch plant was the only way to go. You ensured that it was set up properly and in accordance with the county requirements, and you met our demanding schedule needs. The plant was used to produce multiple mix designs, including footings and foundations, site concrete paving, bollard fill, and floor slab. There were a few times that the batch plant had to adapt to the site conditions and you were able to accomodate those circumstances by making on-the-fly mix design changes, which kept the schedule moving in the right direction.
Your onsite crew and local managers were very responsive and helpful. They worked many early mornings and long days satisfying the ready mix demands of the project. They were responsive to the floor slab contractor’s needs and demands as well. We are very pleased with how the floor slab turned out and it began by providing an acceptable ready mix. Thank you for your team’s efforts and labor in our behalf. They have helped the project be a success.
I am writing to express ATI Titanium LLC project team’s extreme satisfaction with the work your company has performed at our new green field titanium sponge plant. Your crews have efficiently provided a massive amount of structural fill for our project site, while preparing the job site and providing an extensive amount of excavation work in preparation for our buildings to be placed on site. The concrete batch plant you have provided has kept our project moving smoothly and we appreciate your ability to support the large concrete pours with all the drivers necessary to keep the flow of concrete to the foundation without any issues.
As we have reviewed our manufacturing facility project in Pocatello and the progress made, we would like to thank you and let you know that Jack B. Parson Companies was key to that progress. As you know, we were working with a tight schedule. JBP was able to meet that schedule by providing the needed personnel and equipment, and also the work ethic to push forward, setting the precedent for others to follow. Saturday was an important pour for us on the Questar Center. We poured floor in the morning and then our last foundation wall was ready at 4:30pm in the afternoon. Keeping your plant open and drivers around so we could make that pour even though it was just 50 yards saved me 2 days on my critical path that I could not lose. This is what it means to have partners who understand deadlines and we appreciate it. Thanks for the extra effort and being there for us.

Staker Parson has met or exceeded the schedule requirements in all aspects of your scope of work and maintaining budgets while being very conscientious to the proximity of the existing hospital and the constant flow of patrons.
We have been fortunate to have Staker Parson take care of all site clearing, building excavation, utilities, paving, site concrete, and SWPPP. Regardless of the congestion of the job site while fulfilling contracted work, Staker Parson has never let safety or quality be affected.

Last fall, Staker Paving replaced my driveway. Since we moved to Park City almost 6 years ago, we have for the most part encountered poor service and people that rarely perform as promised.
The exception to our experience was working with Reggie Tanner. From the moment I met Reggie, he was professional, conscientious, and an overall wonderful person to work with. The crew that worked with Reggie was also excellent and it was evident that they worked as a team with relationships based upon mutual respect.
After six months with a new driveway, I am extremely happy and often comment as to how well the flow design was constructed.
UDOT Region One would like to publicly thank Staker Parson Companies for their cooperation and work on an emergency project on March 17, 2010. A Diesel tank overturned on I-15 in Roy at approximately 4:30 am. The accident closed both northbound and southbound traffic. Southbound traffic was restored mid morning when the trailer tanker was removed from the slope in the median.
At approximately 10:30 am, UDOT Region One discovered there was pavement damage under the tanker which was overturned on the northbound lane. Staker Parson project manager Scott Lindsay was called and asked about the availability of HMA. He indicated Advanced Paving in South Salt Lake was the closest placed to get HMA. Having explained the situation to him and indicating we would need to remove and replace a portion of the asphalt pavement on I-15, his response was, “we will find a way to make it happen.” One hour later we had full access to the roadway and could determine exactly what we needed to address the problem. Within two hours, we had a mill on site and a truck headed to South Salt Lake for asphalt; the roadway opened shortly thereafter.
It is comforting to know when emergencies occur, if earth work, rip rap or asphalt work needs to be done quickly, the Department of Transportation can call Staker Parson Companies and have a quick response. We also know we will get a quality project and one the public typically will not notice. Thank you again for partnering with us in this emergency. We look forward to working with you in the future.
